    Elvis has more than a decade of experience leading the end-to-end design effort for enterprise and start-up solutions, including SmartPak, Partners+simons, Peoplefluent, and IBM.

    Director of Engineering

    Zoe previously worked in the real estate space, gaining a diverse set of skills ranging from content management and SEO to software development. She holds an AB from Harvard University.

  • Kristen Bosse

    Kristen Bosse

    Director of Customer Success

    Kristen takes management experience from her previous positions as content editor for a real estate company and as property manager for a Boston-based firm. She has a Bachelor's degree in both Business Management and Mathematics from Lesley University.

    Eric Elander

    Account Manager

    Eric draws on experience selling ERP and CRM software and most recently worked as Regional Sales Manager for CLUBWAKA. He holds a BA from Westfield State University.

    Sherri Cheung

    Account Manager

    Sherri previously worked as a study coordinator at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, focusing on vision loss through macular degeneration. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a BS in Biology.

    Eric Fine

    Clinical Trial Manager

    Eric has guided biotech startups developing therapeutics and medical devices for oncology and neurology. Previous preclinical CRO work focused on obesity and cancer. He received his PhD in Biomaterial Implants for Nerve Regeneration from the EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland.

    Product Manager, Patient Recruitment

    Phoebe graduated in 2018 from Harvard in Neurobiology, completing a thesis in clinical research at Boston Children's Hospital. She also is the founder of her own not-for-profit, Chirp, which supports teen parents' health. She is passionate about applying clinical and scientific breakthroughs to improve health inequities.

    Dipti Pradhan

    Study Designer

    Dipti worked at a clinical research site in Massachusetts where she managed day-to-day clinical operations and regulatory documentation. She started her career in clinical research at a CRO working on Trial Master File and drug safety reports. She holds a Master's in Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University.

    Taylor Vonk

    Software Engineer

    Taylor holds a BS in Computer Science and Cognitive Psychology from Northeastern University. She has experience in the health informatics field through her internship as a software developer at Novartis Institute of Biomedical Research. She also has worked as a research assistant in several psychology labs.

    Software Engineer

    Ryan previously worked at a healthcare consulting firm on engagements with leading pharmaceutical companies. He also brings technology investment banking experience, where he focused on private placements and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a BA in Biology and Statistics from Harvard University.

    Brendan graduated from Northeastern University with a BS in Computer Science and Biology. He previously worked with big data in the health insurance space (Cigna). Brendan is also an author of a publication on the DNA-damage response in the bacterium, A. baumannii.

    Joy has previous experience working in the nonprofit space and as a research assistant at Schepens Eye Research Institute. She holds an AB in Visual and Environmental Studies from Harvard University.

  • Anjolie Nagarwalla

    Anjolie Nagarwalla

    Customer Success Associate

    Anjolie holds a BS in Biopsychology from Tufts University. She worked on assessing the relationship between agonist/antagonist drugs and motivation in animal models in the Miczek Lab. She also worked in a clinical research setting at Yeshiva University focusing on pediatric Autism and Rett Syndrome.
